Michael has been in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years. That time was spent working in a variety of positions. First, Sales Agent, Tour Guide, and then Dispatcher. After that moving to Quality Assurance Manager then the Director of Operations for two large tour companies. But itʻs easy to miss going to the beach all day.

Motivated by a love of all things Hawaii, he founded Halia Tours and Transportation. Swimming, enjoying local food, and paddle boarding beat working in an office anyway.
