Embeded into the brand by our founders, Eddie Flores and Johnson Kam, many of our franchisees, employees and stakeholders have contributed to this aspect of our business, and as a result to the overall success of the L&L brand. Many of our franchise owners come from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds to live the American Dream and live aloha every day through our restaurants. Additionally, numerous L&L employees throughout our franchise have been able to gain the confidence to thrive in a safe place that embraces differences, bringing them together through the aloha spirit.

We have been supportive of activities that promote various areas, including entrepreneurship, cultural diversity, and education. From scholarships, community events, and outreach to encourage aloha in the communities, we are happy to see that our contributions have positively impacted us. For our efforts, L&L has been recognized as a leader in the local community.
