Budget Car Rental

Our rental facility is open for car rentals. To reach us via phone, please give us a call at the number listed on this page.** Due to construction, be sure to allow for additional time, at least 5-10 minutes.

Airport construction: The Hawaii Department of Transportation began construction of a new consolidated rental car facility located east of the Overseas Terminal parking garage in early September 2017. Construction may not be completed until 2022. The extensive project will cause traffic delays. Would you please allow ample time when renting and returning your rental vehicle?

COUNTER: HAWAIIAN AIRLINES AND COMMUTER TERMINAL

Courtesy bus service is available outside the baggage claim area to take you to the Overseas Parking Garage structure about 1/2 mile away.

All other airlines: Proceed directly across the street to the Overseas Parking Garage structure using the crosswalks at baggage claim 20 or 21.

Local renters: Follow airport signs for baggage claim. It is best to be dropped off between baggage claim 20 and 21 and cross the street to the Overseas Parking Garage structure. Proceed to the Budget counter.

Returns: Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Car rental return structure.
