La Perla International Living

La Perla recently acquired the popular residential resort of Jolly Harbour, with its own commercial center, an 18-hole golf course, and one of the largest marinas in the Caribbean.

Aside from improving the existing facilities, La Perla is creating brand new living options that will make the resort one of the most unique in the Caribbean. These include new Marina Residence apartments overlooking the harbor, and plots on beautiful Reeds Point and Harbour Island. Hallpike, a seaside tract of land at the edge of Jolly Harbour, will offer business, residential, and investment opportunities. It will connect the resort with the stunning Pearn's Point peninsula with its seven private beaches. The community encompasses 16 hectares (almost 40 acres) of land in a hill-enclosed cove, creating a set of unique privacy, tranquillity, and exclusiveness. The white, sandy beach that slopes gently into the turquoise-blue water here is considered to be one of the finest on the island.

Living options include 22 plots, ranging in size from approximately 1,500m to over 4,500m, for free-standing villas. There are also 16 luxurious townhouses, all with direct sea access, spacious terraces, and plunge pools. Apartments are also available, either flanking the beach or perched higher up in the hills. The sizes of the apartments and townhouses vary from 50m to 200m. All will be designed to integrate into the surrounding landscape with perfect harmony, with special attention being paid to maximizing the space and privacy of each and every one
