Cedar Valley Golf Club
The Cedar Valley Golf Course was designed and built by Ralph Aldridge. It opened with nine holes in 1970. The completely constructed 18-hole course opened to the public in 1977, as Antigua's only 18-hole championship golf course. It is located on the northern end of the island, minutes away from major resorts and hotels and within three miles of St. John's and the cruise port.
An interesting layout somewhat marred by a few blind tee shots and doglegs. The greens are in good condition but there is insufficient cheap water on the island to water the fairways so there is very little grass and are a lot of bare lies around the greens. The clubhouse and pro shop are basic.
The club includes a driving range, clubhouse, and pro shop. Lessons are available.
