Just a short drive from Providenciales Airport, our five-and-a-half acre property provides a lush tropical sanctuary complete with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. You’ll be welcomed by a staff that will cater to your every need from the moment you arrive.

Once checked in and relaxed with a welcome tropical fruit punch, you’ll discover the comfort of our spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. Decorated in a classic colonial Caribbean style, they offer full kitchens and living/dining areas that are ideal for family and friends to use as a base for enjoying the Turks and Caicos. All of our suites feature spacious outdoor patios to enjoy the soothing tropical breezes that sweep off the gentle seas just a few steps from your room.

The Royal West Indies experience is centered around our beachfront location, along a stretch of beach voted the Best in the World. Enjoy the brilliant soft white sands and mesmerizing turquoise waters of Princess Alexandra National Park that fronts our resort. Beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, as well as a variety of water toys – Hobie Cats and kayaks – are available for your use, and beachside showers and fluffy towels enhance the beach experience. Rejuvenate yourself in our gin clear waters, and watch for schools of colorful tropical fish, conch, starfish, the occasional turtle and sting way, and even a visit from JoJo, our resident bottle-nose dolphin.

Grace Bay Beach and the waters of the Turks and Caicos are ideal for all types of waters sports. Scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, water skiing, sail boarding, kite boarding – to name a few – are readily available from our property, with professional operators and instructors waiting to host you.
