Marriage Requirements

Marriage licenses must be turned in (or applied for by mail) at the Superior Court. There are two fee's totaling $100. After the clerk receives the application and the fees you must wait an additional 8 days to be married. The licenses must be picked up in person weekdays or an additional $150 will apply. A marriage ceremony at the Superior Court will run $200. There are many professional wedding planners who can help you with the process and ensure that all goes smoothly.
