The Hotel restaurant AMA is a sustainable seafood restaurant serving dinner five nights a week and brunch Saturday & Sunday. AMA covered outdoor dining room sits just above the natural cave and includes two bars featuring handcrafted cocktails and an extensive wine list.

The Waves at Cane Bay is an eco-friendly hotel and strives for maximum sustainability. To limit water usage, we offer daily to refresh and towel replacement with full housekeeping upon request.
