Cane Bay Dive Shop

Owner, Hal Rosbach, in 1990. Before opening the shop, Hal spent a great deal of time rebuilding on St. Croix following the damage caused by Hugo's hurricane. In his time off, he developed a love for diving. In addition, Hal was continuously drawn to the diversity and beauty of the Cane Bay Wall area.

Most dive operators were located in Christiansted in those days, and to dive the Wall involved a long and expensive boat ride. Tired of the restrictions imposed by diving out of an operation so far away, Hal opted for diving to his favorite location from the beach.

Once Hal realized the diversity of dives available and accessibility of the Wall from shore, the seed was planted to create the Cane Bay Dive Shop. Hal wanted to set up a dive shop that would take the meaning of being "diver friendly" to the next level, with optimum flexibility for the schedule of every customer.

Dive St. Croix when you want to. Scheduled and unscheduled dives go out daily. Our standard hours are 8 am to 7 pm, seven days a week. Upon request, we can do anything from sunrise to full moon midnight dives. Join us at our unique family fun dive and snorkel shop.
