At Le Gaiac, every meal is an opportunity to indulge. For lunch, dinner, and brunch, the executive chef uses only the finest ingredients to create wonderfully exotic fare. The menus cater to any need, whether a light meal served quickly or a sumptuous gastronomic experience served by an extraordinary staff. Le Gaiac's wine list features 300 different offerings, includng the "grands millesimes."

Chef Stephane Mazieres is a culinary artist who is known for his accomplished cuisine, a masterful blend of French and Creole culinary influences.

The chef draws on the restaurant's organic green house to provide fresh local produce for the menu. The green house currently produces about 20 different vegetables in use at the restaurant.

On Tuesdays, the stand-out choice at dinner is the Fish Market. This is an opportunity to discover the local fare and to enjoy the catch of the day grilled in front of you. On Sundays, the famous "Brunch du Toiny" offers you a culinary experience that has long since become an institution on the island.
