The restaurant has a breezy beach bar atmosphere during the day, and in the evening it transforms, becoming a chic canteen featuring world food with a Caribbean twist, including signature dishes such as open shrimp Foccacia, tuna tartar, and crisp blackened dolphin with sweet potato mash and papaya salsa, created from fresh local produce.
