Island Dream Properties is a villa rental and real estate company located on the island of Anguilla. Our properties for sale and rent range from the smaller villa with beautiful views to the luxurious, one-of-a-kind villas located either on the coast or on a beach. We are dedicated to providing foreign investors and visitors with the information and service necessary to rent or buy their Anguilla island dream home.

Island Dream Properties offers concierge service to all our guests. Our goal is to make your holiday stress-free and so wonderful that you’ll return year after year.

One of our staff members will be at the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal or the airport to greet you when you arrive on the island. Government regulations do not allow us to transport guests so we will get you into a taxi and then lead the taxi to the villa.

Upon arrival at the villa, we will give you a tour of the Villa and then go over the Island Map. We will point out the location of the grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants and then answer any questions you may have.
