Holo Holo Charters is the only company on Kauai certified by NOAA as Dolphin SMART, a voluntary program designed to promote responsible viewing of marine life. This involves educating our guests on the importance of responsible viewing practices and ensuring we don't disrupt dolphins' natural activities and behaviors and other marine life. We recognize the importance of being stewards of the natural environment and strive to have minimal impact on the ecosystems that we utilize daily.

Holo Holo Charters is the only Kauai boat company featuring certification from the Kauai-Made program. All four of our vessels were designed and built on Kauai by Holo Holo Charters, Kevin Millett. These custom vessels were designed specifically to navigate the challenging ocean conditions around Kauai and Niihau. We are proud to be locally owned and operated, and our store in Port Allen features several Kauai-Made products available for purchase.

Holo Holo Charters received the Ocean Friendly Restaurant certification in 2018. Removing single-use plastics was accomplished many years ago, committed to utilizing reusable dishes, flatware, and serving items instead. Our menu is catered using locally sourced ingredients and island produce wherever possible.
