In St. Kitts, the name Marshall's is synonymous with high-quality dining. In 1987 Verral Marshall visited St. Kitts and was smitten. He visited each year until 1992 when he accepted a position as personal chef to a local businessman. Then, in December 1996, he opened Horizon's Poolside Café. In time he changed the name to Marshall's to reflect his personal touch.

Marshall's is the premier dining experience in St. Kitts. For the past eighteen years, this internationally trained chef, manager, and proprietor, has excited and satisfied the palates of visitors and locals at his restaurant, which overlooks the tranquil Caribbean Sea from atop Fort Tyson in Frigate Bay. His highly trained staff serves a most delicious international cuisine in a setting unequaled in St. Kitts. The one hundred and thirty-seat capacity restaurant set around a swimming pool has a layout that simultaneously affords the romantic couple's coziness while allowing a large group to be expansive and free-spirited.
