Chef Alexander James, assisted by his kitchen team, expertly prepares delightful dishes with quality ingredients from the Island. Using a unique blend of European and Caribbean flavors, there is a culinary surprise to suit everyone. The cuisine is highly imaginative, excellent quality and the dishes are very well presented. The service is warm and efficient. The prices are reasonable.

The a la carte menu is very extensive and has been designed to cater to various tastes. Some of the dishes have unique and specialized ingredients, and others are delicate and simple. This is combined with local fresh produce with some direct input from the restaurant's home-grown fresh herb garden, which greatly adds to the flavors.
