Carolina Corral - Horseback Riding

Welcome to Carolina Corral, the place to come for scenic, horseback trail rides on the beautiful U.S. Virgin Island of St. John. Meet our goats, donkeys, dog and cats. Then, check out our native donkey-drawn wagon tour through Coral Bay with its' unique shops and sailboats in the harbor.

We offer an hour ride at 10 am and an hour and a half ride at 3 pm every day but Sunday. Both rides head into the scenic hills, taking in the views of our east end, Hurricane Hole and most of the neighboring British Virgin Islands, with the longer ride heading higher into the hills. Both rides culminate with a trail along and into the water but not a long sandy beach as no horses are allowed on VI beaches. Great picture spots. The one-hour ride is $65 a rider and $55 for 12 and under, $75 and $65 for the hour and a half.

One Hour Guided Horseback Rides back by popular demand beginning July 5th along the shoreline of Coral Bay. This is not a beach ride due to Coral Bay being mostly mangroves. Therefore, they will be in the afternoons only at 3:30 and 5 pm, Monday – Friday. Closed-toed shoes and long pants required, no electronic devices allowed on the rides as we may at one point be in the water.
