Passionate Cuisine. That is how owners Nicole Boswell-Horstmeyer and Eric Horstmeyer describe the cutting-edge creations at HAVANA BLUE. The former Manhattanites decided their home in the islands could use a restaurant to make fellow foodies proud. Along with St. Thomas native co-owner Zack Zoller, they have done just that and then some.
